Business Continuity Plan (BCP) / Disaster Recovery (DR)
CAPSAB has experience in business continuity planning including disaster recovery in core banking and card issuance. Our knowledge extends through the entire process from requirement definitions, development to implementation of technology.
Customer chosen PIN
CAPSAB was responsible for the design of technical solutions, including customized security, and project manager at the implementation and rollout of the solution. The solution included, inter alia, creation of functional modules in HSM, web-based interface and ensuring encryption solutions.
Most of the POS terminals used in the Swedish market has undergone test and certification of CAPSAB. Our work with the terminal tests are conducted in accordance with the card brand’s rules and with proven methods and processes.
CAPSAB led the work to ensure that a new card production facility was built and certified in accordance with the Visa and MasterCard regulatory framework for cards and pin production. The assignment included project management, policy and process manufacturing and engineering expertise from CAPSAB.
CAPSAB led the project to set up a common picture of tomorrow’s payment solutions for a trade organization in the card industry. CAPSABs assignment was to lead the team which consisted of people from most of the major banks and card issuers.
CAPSAB has supported banks and companies with project management, security and technology expertise in migration of databases in different card systems and other card related support systems. The broad but nonetheless deep knowledge CAPSAB possesses enables migration projects to run smoothly.
